Presentations:

As a matter of principle, presentations are to be made in person. Presenters from overseas who are unable to come to Japan are requested to give their presentations remotely in real time. Presenters from Japan are strongly requested to participate in person. In principle, student presentations should be posters, including short presentations. With your permission, we will make a simple recording of your presentation and make it available on your PC for auditing later that day, after applying security measures. This is a limited measure to ease the time difference for participants who are abroad. Meanwhile, to make it easier for everyone to participate in person, we will offer the following fee reductions
